Liverpool boss Benitez won't give up on Premiership title

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez insists they can still win the league this season.
After Saturday's 3-0 victory at Charlton, Benitez defiantly remarked: "I remember being at Valencia when we were seven points behind Real Madrid at Christmas time and I said to two or three of my players at the team hotel that we would still win the League.
"They told me afterwards they were laughing when they heard that. But we did win it by seven points or something like that.
"Maybe it will not be the case this time, because we have two teams above us at the top of the table.
"The only thing you can do is keep playing well, keep the team with the same mentality, keep scoring goals and maybe we will look at the table then.
"My aim is to keep on improving. Like today. We need to finish off this kind of game. If we can continue scoring goals and keeping clean sheets, we don't need to worry about the other teams.
"Who knows? It is a long race. If we keep finding a balance to win games and rest players, we can carry on the challenge.
"I have confidence this season will be better than last season."
